About Valter Pontes
Valter Pontes is a multi-award-winning real estate investor and entrepreneur. Over the last decade, he has built an international property portfolio, launched high-performing businesses, and created systems others can model to get results.
Born in Lisbon, Valter moved to the UK with no capital or network. While working multiple jobs, he taught himself business, finance, and property. What began with sourcing deals grew into a diverse portfolio and companies. He has been a pioneer in disrupting the standards of rental accommodation in the UK and abroad – on a mission to make luxury the new norm so people feel proud of the homes they live in.
His work has earned 13+ international awards, including Entrepreneur of the Year at the Stevie Awards, and he has been featured in Forbes. He also serves as a judge for the biggest property awards in the UK.
Valter created the Wealth Wheel® – a step-by-step system to increase cash flow, buy assets, and scale faster. As a board adviser to start-ups and established firms, he shares the strategies he uses in his own companies so others can skip years of trial and error
